Our Fixed Fees

Our fees are simple, transparent and competitive and are generally shared between the parties.

Step 1: Intake and Assessment

We conduct a formal consultation over the telephone with you for between 30 minutes and 1 hour.

Cost: $200 for parenting per person, $400 for property and or property and parenting per person.

Step 2: Preparation

We assist both parties with preparation for the mediation, which includes opening statements and listening to proposals.

There is no charge.

Step 3: Mediation Conference

4 Hours is $850 per person (Parenting only)

4 Hours is $850 per person (Property only)

6 hours is $1,000 per person (Parenting + Property)

Step 4: Documentation

$220 per party  (Parenting Plan) per person.

$220 per party (Property Mediation Agreement) per person.
