Priority Intake and Assessment
You are purchasing a client intake and assessment that is up to 1hr in length that is conducted over the telephone. This is a requirement for the mediator to understand your matter, its history, attempts to resolve in the past, consider factors that may prevent mediation from being assistive and to determine any other matters the mediator feels relevant. Every matter must have an intake and assessment prior to a mediation conference being booked. Please read our terms and refund policy.
