Initial Consultations are Free; Case Assessments are Free; Document Review $110; Family Court Certification $400; 4Hr Mediation $850pp; 6hr Mediation $1,000pp; Parenting Plan $440; Property Agreement $440; Conflict Coaching $220/0.5hr; Hourly Rate $440; Complete Mediation Package $5,000. Fees are paid here.
There are some occasions where we can provide a discount code or a payment plan for those who have low incomes. Please ask us whether you qualify for this special benefit.
4 – What Documents Will I Need?
For an application to the court a s.60 Certificate and a Dispute Resolution Certificate is required. For parenting agreements met in the mediation a Parenting Plan is needed. For property agreements made in the mediation a Property Agreement is needed. When requested, these can be issued in 24 hours.
